Welcome to Your Homely Haven! 

We're thrilled to welcome you to our cozy home and hope you have a memorable stay. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we've outlined a few house rules below. Thank you for respecting them so we can all enjoy a pleasant experience. 

• The homeowner/other guests lives on-site in the upstairs unit and may be present during your stay. 

• There may be steps to access the unit. Please check pictures to avoid any confusion.

• No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes , etc. Penalty $500/night 

• No pets, Penalty $500/pet/night 

• No events, parties, or large gatherings. Penalty $500/person/night

• No Extra Guests or Visitors. Penalty $500/person/night

• Must be at least 21 years old to book. Photo ID required for check-in

• Quiet Hours - 9 PM to 8 AM 

• Children must be under adult supervision at all times while on the property. 

•  You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Booking Channel Partner.
